At Bogren Digital, we stand behind our audio software and hardware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Deactivate Software Licenses

  For digital products, ensure all active licenses are deactivated from your iLok account or workstation before your refund can be processed.

• 3.
  Pack Your Hardware

  If returning physical gear, place the item in its original packaging with all included cables and documentation to ensure safe transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we verify the license deactivation or receive the physical unit at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
