How do I receive my digital software after purchase?
Once your payment is processed, you will receive an automated email containing your unique license key and a download link for the installer.
What is your return policy for digital products?
Since our products are digital software downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once the license key has been activated. However, we provide free trial versions for all our plugins so you can test them before buying.
Can I use my license on more than one computer?
Yes, a standard Bogren Digital license allows for up to three simultaneous activations for personal use on different machines.
Are your audio plugins compatible with all DAWs?
Our plugins are available in VST3, AU, and AAX formats, making them compatible with most major digital audio workstations including Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live, and Cubase.
Do I need an iLok dongle to use Bogren Digital software?
No physical iLok dongle is required. Our software uses a flexible machine-based activation system, though we also support iLok Cloud and USB if you prefer those methods.
